My Project

The materials I am requesting will support the mental health of my students in the physics and engineering classroom this year. The weighted stuffed animals and the sensory items and fidgets will be in an area of the classrooms students have easy access to for use as needed. The stuffed animals and fidgets will help reduce stress and improve focus during class. These items, along with the snack packs, will help improve the supportive, welcoming environment of the classroom and ensure students know there is an adult they can turn to for mental health support.
