My Project

I teach English Language Learners in an urban school in grades 3-5. I have 90 students on my caseload across 3 grade levels, and there is no money in the budget for my classroom.

My students are required to take a rigorous writing test each year.

The folders will help them organize each stage their writing as we move through our lessons. The colored pencils will help them color code each part of their writing to ensure all critical components are included in each writing piece. The Manila folders will allow me to save samples of each student’s work to track progress and share with their parents and classroom teachers.
