My Project
Hi there! My name is Toni Hartman. I am beginning my teaching career this upcoming school year in the School District of Philadelphia. I am lucky enough to be teaching middle school science to sixth, seventh, and eighth grade. As a first year teacher, I want to supply my students with everything they need to succeed while creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. These materials will help me to create a hands-on classroom to help my students succeed. Science is so interesting during these years and I want to provide my students with the best possible materials to learn! My students will be learning earth and space science, life sciences, and physics. My students come from all different backgrounds with varying levels of experience and support from home. My goal is to provide my students with an equity in the classroom and this often starts with materials.
