I believe that every student should walk into a well-stocked classroom where they will always have the supplies to create, learn and explore new ideas.
Welcome to a 3rd grade, bilingual classroom full of hard-working, enthusiastic students!
My bilingual classroom is the landing spot for 3rd graders who have just arrived in the United States. My students are incredibly hard workers who always come to school ready to learn, no matter what is going on outside of the classroom. My goal as a teacher is to provide my students with all that they need to be successful learners.
My Project
Imagine having to say 'no' when a student asks for a pencil or a piece of paper because there are none left in the classroom. It's something that shouldn't happen to a curious, eager third grader. I see my students working hard day in and day out to explore and learn new things.
Having everyday supplies such as colored pencils, paper, and dry-erase tools, will help my students explore and become inquisitive, driven learners.
With extra paper, students have space to do all of their work, and will always have copies of helpful worksheets and guided notes. Colored pencils allow students to express their creativity and show their learning through art. Most importantly, students won't have to worry about where their supplies are coming from, and how we will get new supplies when we run out!
