These students are very creative and have big ideas. Though they make great strides, sometimes, writing can be difficult. The pencil grips, mini pencils and markers will help students make progress in holding their tools properly and improving their penmanship.
This time of year, materials somehow go missing and shelves look deserted.
This is definitely the case in my classroom, where somehow all the scissors have disappeared and we have no more erasers. These items, along with tape and other materials will be of great need for the remainder of the year.
As these kiddos approach third grade, I want to prepare them by moving more assignments to be computer-based. Having a class set of mice would help them access information on their devices more efficiently.
