My Project
In our high school English classroom, learning is thriving! My students are growing into stronger readers, more thoughtful writers, and more confident communicators every day. They’ve worked hard this year—diving into complex texts, engaging in meaningful discussions, and crafting writing that reflects their voices and ideas. Watching them grow has been inspiring.
A healthy, well-supplied environment is essential for student success and that’s why I’m asking for your help in providing some of the most basic classroom necessities: tissues, disinfectant wipes, paper, and extra phone chargers.
These may seem like small items, but they make a big difference. When students can grab a tissue without having to leave the room, they stay engaged. When surfaces are clean, we prevent the spread of germs and keep our learning environment safe. When there’s paper for printing drafts and brainstorming, students can see their progress unfold in real time. And when a Chromebook charger is available for a dead battery, students can stay connected to their online assignments and resources without missing a beat.
Many of my students come from communities where resources are stretched, and they rely on school to provide not just academic support, but also stability and care. By helping us stock these simple supplies, you're ensuring that my students can focus on learning—without distraction, discomfort, or disruption.
