My Project
Working in the new school district, I am seeking an organizational tool for my students to keep track of their sheet music, fostering responsibility and accountability within the classroom that will carry over into their home life. Although I understand that my students are responsible, I want there to be a sense of uniformity within the band program so that wherever students perform, they can do so confidently without worrying about their equipment.
Therefore, I want my students to have binders and pencil pouches, so they can have uniformity within the band ensemble and have a sense of community within their group.
Building a community of this caliber will give students more confidence in taking care of their materials and give them a sense of self-worth within their respective sections.
