This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Let the children create! Often times we work on projects with limited supplies. Students work hard to create wonderful products with little outlet for creativity. Please help them maximize their efforts.

The students I work with come form low income families, often working two jobs to provide for their families.

We can help ease the burden by having materials like pencils and markers for them to use on a daily basis. This way parents can afford to take their kids to the doctors, dentists, sports programs, or whatever to help maintain a balanced life.

My Project

This project is important because it shows the community how much our school and our teachers are committed to their children.

It shows that we understand their struggles and are willing to meet their needs in as many ways possible.
