My Project

There's nothing like a well-outfitted classroom to make each day run smoothly. Having an adequate supply of colored paper, markers, and pencils means my students can access all they need for projects. Providing novel seating options means they are excited to tackle a variety of tasks in a variety settings. My students need cardstock paper, markers, paper clips, pens, other writing utensils and stools to complete our learning environment.

I teach math and science to approximately 60 big-hearted fifth graders.

In our academy approach, my talented teammates and I focus on teaching and modeling respect, manners, and citizenship in addition to developing rigorous academic programs for our students. Though my students come from a variety of backgrounds and situations, they strive to overcome every challenge that comes their way. Our school is racially, culturally, and economically diverse, and we are proud of the culture of success we have created that celebrates our differences and the unique qualities of each individual.
