Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

This is a great group of students. They have a drive to learn and do their best to perform given the current Zoom classroom. These kids are dying to get back into the classroom. They are thoughtful, insightful, and driven.

My Project

These supplies are to help the class finish out the year with some additional supplies. The students have a passion for drawing and adding color to things, so I wanted to purchase supplies that they can draw with and customize their work. They also love to show their work on their whiteboards, but I only have the basic black markers, so this would give them the opportunity to have fun while completing their work in their favorite color. We can also never have too many pencils! The daily struggle is "I can't find my pencil!" So I would love to have more on hand in the classroom.
