My Students

Do you remember your first day of school and the excitement of entering your classroom for the first time? Your teacher had all of the student supplies ready to go, and you just couldn't wait to use your new pencil, crayons, or eraser. Our school is facing the difficulty of providing such supplies.

My inquisitive 1st grade students attend a school in a lower socioeconomic area in California.

Our school is deeply supported by the parents and community and requires parents to play an important role in their child's education. My students are constantly inquiring about topics discussed and never hesitate to ask for clarification. They truly enjoy attending school every day and are always striving to do their best.

My Project

The requested resources will allow my students to work throughout their day without having to worry about whether or not we'll have enough paper, pencils, and facial tissue. They understand that money is tight within our school district yet they cannot always provide basic classroom materials from home. These materials will also allow my students to pursue their love of writing and completing art activities.

Your donation will allow my students to concentrate on what should be more important in their educational career.

They shouldn't have to worry about supplying materials for our class. They can expand on their creativity through writing and art. Your generous donation will allow them to do just that.
