My Project

As a 5th-grade teacher working with incredible students from low-income families, I’m always looking for ways to support their academic success and emotional well-being. In my cart are basic tools many of us take for granted—pencils, erasers, and supplies that keep our classroom running smoothly.

Joy, motivation, and a sense of achievement matter just as much as pencils and paper.

That’s why I’ve included fun, engaging toys for our classroom prize bucket to reward positive behavior and build a sense of pride. I’ve also added snacks to support students who participate in our after-school programs, helping them stay energized and focused.

Every item in this cart has been carefully chosen to meet real needs. With your help, we can create a learning environment where every student feels supported, prepared, and valued.
