These materials will help my 6th and 7th-grade students finish the year off strong! These supplies will help them make the most of my classroom. Starting 6th grade can be scary for some students as they move on from just one teacher in 5th grade, so having enough materials for all of my students to be successful is a necessity! My 7th graders are experiencing different units and I need more hands-on material to keep them entertained.
All of these materials will directly benefit my students.
My 7th graders are studying rocks and minerals and they were fascinated with my own personal mineral kit. I'd like to get their own to study. The popcorn maker is when state testing comes around and students need an extra pick me up to get through the day. I use stamps in my classroom to show students their work is correct and the old ones are drying out. Students then tape their work into their notebooks and I need more tape. The sticky notes and laminating sheets are for me, to help keep my supplies organized and protected for future students.
