This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My third-grade students are bright and curious learners. They are inquisitive, energetic, and have a deep love for learning. I teach in a diverse ICT classroom with an exciting mix of interests, needs, and abilities.

Our school is a Title I school meaning that we have a high concentration of students living below the poverty line.

Many of my students live in temporary housing and the classroom is a safe haven from their daily stress. Please consider donating to this wonderful group of children!

My Project

Dear Potential Donor,

Our classroom is like a second home.

I have selected some basic supplies that will keep us healthy and learning for the rest of the year.

One item requested was disinfecting wipes for wiping down classroom surfaces. I have requested computer ink for printing eye catching activities for students. Surgical face masks are a must! Students often need to change them due to sneezes or broken ear loops. I have requested masks in fun patterns/colors to promote students wanting to wear them. Our classroom also needs pencils, we go through them quickly! This project also includes filter replacements for our air purifier machines. I couldn’t imagine our classroom without our air purifiers.

These materials will make a world of difference in our classroom! We would be so appreciative to recieve these items. Thank you for taking the time to read this project and for your continued support in keeping our students healthy and learning!
