This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Have you ever felt undeserving of the love you receive? My students make me better everyday with the love that they show to me and one another. I am willing to do whatever for them, because they deserve it.

I have a diverse classroom containing special education, ESL, and gifted and talented students.

I want provide them with everything that they need in order to be successful readers.

My Project

Throughout the year we go through so many supplies. Even more this year with the rise and spread of corona. I really wanted my students to have a place to store their supplies and be able to travel between classes with them. I have two classes that switch and I would like for my students to have their own supplies without having to share.

My classroom received headphones at the beginning of the fall semester, and those headphones have been tearing up just from being used and I do not blame the kids.

So, I decided to use Donors Choose to provide my students with some more working headphones without asking their parents to provide them.
