My Students

I have the privilege to teach 20+ kids with varying strengths and abilities. Because I am the only Resource teacher at my school, I get the opportunity to work with students in K-6. Each grade level brings its own excitement and challenges. My younger students are super sweet and possess a desire to please their teachers. My older students are helpful and kind. They look for ways to show that they are the cool big kids in the school.

My students face challenges because they struggle with learning.

I love their perseverance and positive attitudes as they face these challenges. I can't wait to begin working with them again this school year!

My Project

These supplies will be used to make sure my classroom is organized. As a special education teacher it's important to be organized and ready for whatever comes up.

The envelopes, folders, and binders will be used to organize student work and data.

The envelopes will be used to send home important information to parents and guardians.

The bean bag chair will be used in my classroom's designated space for breaks. It's important for students to have a place to go when they need a break. This chair will be great for that.
