Supplies for Success

Help me give my students the opportunity to be successful in second grade by providing them with the materials they need.

My Students

My school is a Title I school, with 68% of students receiving free and reduced lunch. Many of these students do not have the proper supplies and cannot afford to purchase them.

We are an AVID, Project Based Learning and STEM school.

The supplies we need are vital to the learning experience.

The students at my school have a love for learning and it shows in their work ethic. They always try hard and do not like to give up. They are motivated to always do their best.

My Project

My classroom is in need of the proper supplies to enhance our students' learning experiences.

Many of the families are not able to provide the necessary supplies that are needed to learn.

If they are able to provide supplies they are worn out and do not work properly.

We will be using the supplies to enhance our project base learning and STEM activities. They will use them to create projects that they present to the community to show what they learned.

We will also use the supplies for AVID. It will help us organize our papers and desks, so students don't have to spend as much time organizing their area and can spend more of their time organizing their thoughts.
