Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The items that I am requesting are basic supplies that I am needing for my classroom. The expanding file folders will be used to organize student math work and to also store student math data. The flat bins with lids will be used to store items for stations for math. The headphones will be used for math centers. The white boards will be used for guided practice during math instruction. The meeting chips will be using for social emotional learning for our morning meetings. The colored masking tape will be used to organize various items by our table group colors. The whistle will be used to help get students attention.
Making sure students are provided with their classroom basics is an essential component for success this school year.
I believe that all my students are capable of learning anything as long as they are provided with the proper tools and strategies to succeed.
