Supplies for Students

My Project

Learning suffers when students are not equipped or comfortable collaborating with each other! As we attempt to move back toward student collaboration, major hurdles stand in our way. Adequate supplies will be more essential than ever! Many of my students come to school with little to no school supplies. Meaningful math games will help my students to get comfortable talking about math and thinking critically.

Students who feel adequately prepared are more likely to interact and engage with peers.

These supplies will equip my students with the necessary supplies, such as dry erase markers, mechanical pencils, cardstock, and computer mice, will help kids to interact with school in a meaningful way. Coming to school without the necessary supplies can take away student efficacy and cause students to withdraw from group work. A class set of supplies will set an even playing field for all students in my class and take away at least one barrier to effective collaboration.
