This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The students that I work with typically have learning disabilities or Autism. Many of them come to school without eating and unprepared for the day.

www.donorschoose.org projects like this one have allowed me to provide my students with opportunities.

This project focuses on restocking our supply cabinet and includes items like snacks, pencils, construction paper, and prizes. These are items that I hand out on a daily basis and deplete quickly.

It also includes reading and cooperating games. I love using games in the classroom because many students forget that they are learning.
