Supplies for Science Class!

My Project

I am a sixth grade science teacher to 125 brilliant students who come from all walks of life. I teach at a Title I school where 87% of the student population receives free or reduced lunch and 81% are students of color. Despite the fact that most come from disadvantaged environments, they come to my class excited to learn about science. They offer so much knowledge from their own worldviews, but are often unprepared to learn because they do not come to school with supplies. I try to supplement with my own, but through your generous help, we can ensure that each and every one of my students can learn without reservations.

This project will provide my students with classroom supplies that allow them to learn STEAM concepts through various applications!
