This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My incoming first graders will need some essential supplies when we start the school year. They will need working headphones to access learning on their Chromebooks. They will also need chair pocket storage sacks to hold their workbooks and materials. These materials are not provided by the school, but they have proven to be essential in my first grade classroom year after year.

When students have the basic supplies they need to learn, they are more engaged.

When students are more engaged, it leads to greater learning outcomes! Thank you for considering my classroom for your donation!
