Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
A clean, organized classroom isn’t just visually appealing — it directly supports student learning, mental well-being, and productivity. This project seeks funding for essential supplies that will help create a structured, welcoming, and hygienic space where every student can focus, thrive, and feel proud of their environment.
As a teacher, I strive to create a classroom where students feel comfortable, focused, and ready to learn.
But keeping our space clean and organized requires more than just effort — it takes the right tools. This project will provide much-needed items such as:
Storage bins and shelves for organizing materials and supplies, helping students access what they need independently.
Disinfecting wipes and a new broom to maintain a germ-free environment, especially important during cold and flu season and to address daily messes.
Noise cancelling headphones to support students who have sensitivity to noise
These supplies will benefit all students in our classroom by reducing distractions, promoting responsibility, and supporting their health and safety. A well-organized environment helps students take ownership of their space, feel more at ease, and stay focused on learning.
