This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I remember as a child loving the Holiday season. Part of those memories were creating crafts and gifts exchanges. For that reason I will provide students with items to create some presents for each other. With the Holidays approaching, I would like to make sure my students have a Magical one. I would like to make sure that my students know how much they're loved.
We will celebrate Grinch Day during our last week before the Holidays.
Since we are doing a "Grinch", I would like to provide my students with holiday socks to wear that day.
We will also be sending home some seasonal items, decorations for the day and plastic ornaments where I will be putting inside snow and piece of yarn with their measurements from when they were in 1st Grade. I will give each student a holiday bag to fill with the items for their classmates.
