This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Please help our first grade and kindergarten classrooms restock on the supplies we need to finish the year strong. This project is requesting student white boards and markers, as well as student headphones.

All of the supplies in this project will go directly to the students in our school.

The white boards and markers are used every single day in phonics, writing and math instruction. Students daily practice writing and spelling words in phonics. The white boards create a low stress and fun way for students to practice without the fear of making a mistake. In math, students use the white boards to draw out word problems with their table groups. We also practice drawing our shapes and making number bonds and drawing .

The headphones are used when students practice with high quality instructional programs in phonics and math on their tablets. These programs help students prepare for the digital world in which we live and support their academic growth. Because these supplies are used daily, we run through them fast! Your generous donation will support our instruction through the rest of this year and into the next! Thank you!
