My Project
My Students are creative and eager to learn but face lots of challenges. They maintain a positive attitude and simply light up at any technology. My students are mostly Native American and all live on a rural Indian Reservation and while more and more of the reservation is gaining access to internet, many students still have little access to internet or STEM education at home. The school is the one place where they can safely explore STEM projects and make use of the internet, to expand their digital experiences.
These products will help my students explore the world of STEM and work together with their peers to solve problems and learn new skills.
Many of ours students have few or no learning opportunities at home and over 90% of our students are eligible for free lunch and breakfast.
