Super Sensory

Help me give my students these sensory items in our new meditation/sensory room!

My Project

Our school is excited to introduce a new meditation room fit with sensory items, cozy, calming nooks and a mobility area. It is a Student Council initiative for our elementary school.

Sensory items will help students to play, stay calm and focus when they come to the room.

The Twist and Turn set is helpful for hand - eye coordination and focus. Sensory DIscs and Squishy/Squeeze Beads help to calm and relax by feeling the different textures for a soothing appeal.

These will be stored in a calming center and are easily wipeable to be shared among the grades. We are looking forward to sharing this space with our students and providing a safe space of comfort.
