Help me give my students sensory play materials that they can use to develop their imagination and fine motor skills. They will explore items such kinetic sand, plastic confetti and even water as they play.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My super preschool students need more sensory play items to explore. Providing sensory play is essential in a preschool classroom as it allows students to benefit from hands on learning experiences. With items like kinetic sand, water beads and confetti my students will be able to explore familiar and unfamiliar items while they use their senses to play and develop fine motor skills.
Sensory exploration gives my young students the opportunity to play while stimulating their senses and actively engaging their imaginations!
