I teach amazing second graders in a Title I school in a low income neighborhood where their first language is not English. Most of the children are living with grandparents who can’t help them because they are not English speaking.
My Project
When my children come back to school in September they will need a place to keep their belongings separate from everyone else's because of social distancing. I would love it if they could have bright and colorful seat sacks with pockets for lots of organization.
My children sit at tables and usually share their things but because of the virus they will need a place to keep their own supplies.
The seat sacks will keep their things safe and organized neatly so that they can find what they need easily.
