This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are struggling English Language Learners. They are insecure when it comes to reading and science experiments. Providing my students with colorful folders to save their work will motivate them to continue to learn. The colorful pens will help students to document and organize their findings in various science experiments. These types of organization items will help guide the students and ease them into observing their growth in writing their science reports. Students will be able to use Post-its for short notes and gallery walks. Finally, laminating some of their illustrations and hanging them on the bulletin board will show pride and ownership of their work. My students are passionate learners and deserve the best supplies to become young scientists.
