This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I have a classroom of 25 curious, enthusiastic, and bright young learners! I teach in a small charter school where students' learning is strengthened by the relationships they make with their peers and our community. They come to the classroom each day ready to think outside the box and try something new!

My students come to school ready to engage with new books, concepts, and adventures.

I want to provide them with the most beneficial curriculum possible!

My Project

These books will continue to enhance the enriching classroom I strive to create. My students deserve the best possible curriculum and I am trying to provide that for them. All of these books are aligned with our new literacy curriculum that was actually chosen by educators at our school because of how student friendly it is! The only problem, we don't have any of the books currently.

With these new books, my students will flourish under our new curriculum.

The best way to deepen student understanding is by providing them the most enriching curriculum possible. With your help, I can give this to them through these new books.
