Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students are in need of some books to read this summer, as well as some supplies to keep the library tidy! By donating to our campaign, you can help our students get books they enjoy and can actually read, and purchase a much needed laminator and vacuum for our space!

These "In Bloom" books are designed to be accessible to the beginning reader, while also being incredibly colorful and engaging like a more traditional book.

One of the aims of this project is to help families build their home libraries so that students and their siblings can have many quality books to choose from. Furthermore, this specific order capitalizes on In Bloom's texts that center Black and Brown people, as well as those in the disability community.
