Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach wonderful students from a very diverse community. Parents from my area love their children and want them to succeed. My school is in a low socioeconomic area. Most of the families can’t afford to buy school supplies.
My students will need school supplies to start the new school year. I am asking for crayons, pencils, scissors, glue sticks, dry erase markers, and writing journals. These materials are needed to teach reading and math skills to help my students be successful.
I am also asking for a planner and grade book for this school year.
