My Project

I work in a high school with low-income students. What I love most about them is their talent, creativity, and passion for learning new things. Summer is really the only time I get to set down with them and really do things that they like, so I want to give them something fun and imaginative that they can do. This summer camp, I am focusing on art careers. Bead making and rock painting are something that they don't get to do during the year, but I have seen quite a bit of bead art and painted rocks for sale on Etsy. So I want to show them that they can have a good time, and perhaps expose them to a new way of making extra money.
