Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are currently struggling with the online learning due to the fact many of them do not have access to wireless internet. I would like to take this time to buy them workbooks that they would be able to keep and work on during this time at home and over the summer as extra practice before our school opens up again in the fall.

As they work from home, many of my special education students will lose knowledge from this current school year.

It is crucial to be able to give them workbooks they can keep as a spiral review over the summer. This will alleviate having to print and send items in the mail. Every one of my kids will have access to books that will review grade level standards and help them prepare for next school year.

My Project

My students have all reached out to me for more work. More and more work! I am ecstatic that they are working hard during our current shut down! Once the school year is officially over in a couple weeks, some of my students are concerned with their lack of face time with teachers. I have agreed to help them during the summer a couple times a week and need some work for my students. These workbooks will give daily summer activities for each of my kids at their various ability levels.
