My Students
Teaching a diverse group of students can be difficult. Students in my classroom make up many different nationalities and represent a broad range of abilities. We are striving to continue making high growth with very few resources and a brand new curriculum.
My students represent nationalities and diversity from all around the globe.
Our school is a large suburban school that is one of the most diverse in the state. Our students have a range of abilities but it is the goal of our school of eliminate the achievement gap and push all of our students towards excellence.
My Project
The book, "How Sugar Changed the World" is a revolutionary book on the importance of this item in the course of world history. It is important that students are exposed to rigorous literacy throughout all of their content courses. Also, students are better able to tackle complex text through classroom exposure to highly engaging books like this one.
Many students think their life is in a bubble.
We live in a global society that is becoming increasingly global by the minute. This book helps expose students to the history of globalization. They will thus be better equipped to be global productive members of society.
