My Project

These materials will help students who struggle with emotion regulation or other social-emotional skills. Materials such as books, games, and art supplies will improve students' behavior and mental health at home and in school.

Books are an excellent way for children to learn different CBT concepts and show that other students struggle with the same concepts.

The wooden tokens help students express their emotions. At the beginning of the group, students put a ticket with their name in the bucket labeled with the emotion they are feeling. These items can be used repeatedly for many students in different age ranges. Games help students remember and practice skills learned in lessons. These items can be used again and again with students each year.
