Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
From animal habitats to the human body, matter to machines, rainforests to recycling, the world of science is extensive and interesting to explore. That is why I am requesting several resources to help bring science alive for the students and expose them to life science, physical science, earth science, space science, and environmental science with grade-appropriate resources, differentiated texts, and fun and engaging hands-on labs, investigations, and experiments. I am requesting the Giant Science Teacher Resource Book, Evan-Moor Science Lessons and Investigations, Evan-Moor Daily Science Texts, and Skill Sharpeners.
These resources will help students develop a genuine understanding of standards-based scientific concepts and vocabulary with a variety of rich resources, including vocabulary practice, differentiated informational texts, hands-on science activities, and exciting experiments!
