My Project
I am a high school counselor. My students must start exploring their career options as early as possible. Job market is changing every single day, and so are the interest of my students. In order to make the best decision, they need to spend a lot of time in my office. They need to be comfortable and relaxed.
A small group setting is crucial for college prep as it fosters a supportive and engaging environment, promoting active participation, collaboration, and peer learning.
This setting allows for more personalized attention from counselors
That's why I am so thrilled about two new flexible chairs and foldable lap tables. I imagine two students comfortably brainstorming their college and career dreams right here in my office! Starting early in 9th grade gives them such an incredible advantage for a smooth transition. I can't wait to see the curiosity of my students sparked as they delve into different paths, feeling comfortable enough to ask questions and truly own their futures! I truly need your support to make this a reality. Thanks!
