My Students

My students are special-education students. They all want to learn but need specially designed instructions to access the general ed curriculum.

They respond well to concrete materials, instructions with difficulties isolated, and bite-size information.

They are able to understand and retain better in this manner. I believe in the Montessori philosophy and have seen it work with the students. They would benefit from flexible seating, art supplies, and math manipulatives. Thank you for funding this project!

My Project

Wordless books for writing, stickers for motivation, and fidget for focus!

The wordless books helps them generate ideas putting pen to paper.

The stickers are scented and beautiful and excellent for rewards and motivation. The fidget toys are not noisy and helps students with attention challenges stay calm and focused. The stamp for instant self inking dotted line is great for instant handwriting and writing work.

All and all a great project, your donations are truly appreciated and the kids will benefit from it immensely!
