My Project

My students are avid artists who love to experiment with materials and find unique approaches to every project. They come to the art room from neighborhoods across our city and bring with them an amazing diversity of thoughts and ideas. Through art class, they bring these ideas to life in their work as we learn about world cultures, famous artists, important art movements, and a variety of art techniques.

They need watercolor paper and clay for courses in Renaissance Art and American Art.

They will be creating clay sculptures and watercolor paintings that tie in with these themes.
