My Students

My students are simply incredible! I am in my fifth year teaching, and these kids have such a wonder and yearning to learn. They ask so many questions and constantly want to learn more. These students make me want to do all I can to make them continue to love coming to school every day.

When the bell rings at the end of the day, my students tell me they'd rather stay at school!

We have participated in many science experiments and virtual field trips and they love taking notes to ask questions for later. We are a Title I school which means 75%+ of our students are on free or reduced lunch and sometimes don't have food at home for the weekends. I try to make their learning experience as enjoyable as mine was when I attended school.

My Project

I teacher at a Title I school where at least 75% of the students are on free and reduced lunch. They don't have the opportunities to travel around the world and see what they are learning about.

These VR glasses will allow students to feel like they are taking part in history!

With your donation, they can see what it's like to ride a roller coaster or dive in the Great Barrier Reef! We can walk on Mars and visit some places we're learning about in Social Studies.

Let's take these students on a virtual field trip through the world and beyond!
