Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The printer toner will allow me to make hard copies of assignments and notes for students, especially for English language learners and students with special needs.
The goal of this project is to have enough toner cartridges to survive the school year.
I have over 130 students and I am constantly printing out assignments, notes, and lab activities for them to complete.
This is a very simple request but it is a very vital resource that any classroom teacher would appreciate. My students are predominantly Hispanic students from a large suburb of Los Angeles. I teach both AP classes and regular science classes. They are amazing students who take their education very seriously.
