This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
A mailbox system in the classroom can help students focus their learning by creating a structured way to manage communication, assignments, and feedback. Instead of interrupting lessons to ask questions or turn in work, students can place notes, concerns, or completed tasks in their designated mailboxes, reducing distractions during instructional time.
This system also promotes personal responsibility and organization, allowing students to track their own progress and stay informed about teacher feedback.
With fewer interruptions and more clarity, students are better able to concentrate on their lessons and make the most of their time in class.
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
