Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students have many challenges and often do not have necessities that they need to feel comfortable at school through out the day. Families often struggle and although they maybe able to provide food and shelter it maybe hard for them to get students uniforms, school clothing, or hygenie products.

The plan is to start a store at school were students can shop for items they need.

This will allow the students to feel empowered and be in better control of their own school experience. Being able to have a new or gently used item will help them to feel good and ready to learn.
