My Project
My students are an amazing group of motivated young people fighting the odds every day just to get to school. As someone who grew up in the inner city, I know these challenges can seem unsurmountable, but they face them daily with grit and resiliency.
Making sure students' basic needs are met when they are in the classroom ensures that they are able to reach their full academic potential and their future goals.
