Students Matter: Mind, Body, Soul and Spirit

Help me give my students, who were affected by the brutal tornado and those affected by COVID-19, a safer and cleaner work environment with the supplies they need to succeed.

My Project

Students are our future, so it is only right to provide them with the best learning experience possible. All of the materials requested for this project would be beneficial to my students. Many students and I were recently affected by the brutal yet disastrous tornado. So, it is not easy getting them to feel safe when you should always feel safe inside the classroom. It is important to provide the necessary tools needed in order for children to be successful. I am asking for chart paper, copy paper, cardstock and folders so my students can do their classwork. I am also requesting wipes and paper towels so we can keep our classroom clean. Finally, I am asking for a variety of snacks that I plan to use as incentives and rewards.

We are a very hands-on class, and we cover many hands-on projects, and we need basic supplies.

These requested materials will help me to be able to help my students. Losing almost everything can be devastating, but being able to provide cleanliness and food is a step in showing care. Being presented with this opportunity is a blessing to the students trying their very best to gain the knowledge that they very much need.
