My Project

As Renaissance West STEAM Academy's lead social worker one of my responsibilities is to keep track of the students attendance. I monitor all of the student's attendance closely and address barriers that prevent students from being academically successful.

One way I celebrate their perfect attendance is by giving them incentives.

The materials from amazon are a perfect match. The students will love the rewards which will in the long run will motivate them to continue to come to school.

My goal is to increase the incentives which will increase the school's attendance rate.
