Help me give my students the materials they need to learn to crochet and earn service learning hours.
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Houde's classroom raised $183

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These materials will help the students, who are in the service learning club, learn to crochet. This is an after school club hosted by Mrs. Parker on Tuesday and Thursdays. The students have learned how to make mats for the homeless from used plastic grocery bags. With the help from these materials (hooks and yarn) they will learn to crochet more! These students can use these skills in many aspects of their lives, while also helping those less fortunate. Thank you for considering our project and all the great things it can provide for our students.
