Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I would describe my students as students who comes to class and give their all by gathering as much information as they can and are willing to help and collaborate with one another. This is what’s special about my class. They utilize their time wisely in class and understand the importance of time management this something we exercise daily. We understand the importance of attendance, my class and I create our rules for classroom management. One key point that we do in our class is understand how to be on your best behavior at all time because you never know when we will have a visitor. I always ask the question “Who are we?” and They will answer Young, Gifted, and Educated.
My Project
This area will be used to build the students vocabulary through Literacy, reading and writing. My goal is to help students to engage in short stories through adventures. The area and ideas will be use to make a safe and nurturing area that cozy and quiet to help the students stay more focus on the assignments. The students will be able to work in a group setting to learn from one another by brain storming through creative learning learning the different strategies on reading and comprehending what they read in the stories.
